Ordering prescriptions is simple! Once you have connected to your GP, your repeat prescriptions will appear instantly in your app, allowing you to view and order at the press of a button.

We will keep you updated along the way with notifications, starting as soon as we receive your prescription from your GP. You will also receive a notification once we have dispatched your parcel, along with tracking details you can use to track your delivery to your door.

We use Royal Mail tracked services for all our NHS prescriptions to ensure your medication is delivered safely. Where possible, we use letterbox-friendly packaging that helps to reduce our carbon footprint and makes receiving your prescriptions easier.
